Example of Apostille stamp

Only three Ukrainian Ministries affix apostille stamp on documents issued in Ukraine. All of them certify certain documents for the submission in separate authorities of various countries of the world.

Examples of apostille stamps have different protective elements and text, however obligatory is the presence of:

• Reference to the Hague Convention, which follows the authority affixing apostille stamp;
• Name and title of the officer, who signed the document;
• Seal of the correspondent ministry;
• Officer’s signature.

How apostille stamp from different ministries and institutions looks like

On November 20, 2015 took place changes in the procedure of registration and appearance of apostille of Ministry of Justice. The authorized agency started affixing stamp on a separate sheet, and not on the reverse side of the original, and the seal received the form of so-called electronic apostille. The seal is "fixed" with the sticker with QR-code, which refers to the service, through which you can check the authenticity of the seal.
